Eva is without a doubt an indispensable soul at the John Paul II Center. When she enters the Center, even the neighbors in the next house notice. With a hearty “Good morning everyone”, the sun rises with Eva in our office. Eva has been involved in our Music Ministry for many years and has been the the main lead for about a year now. She brought a breath of fresh air to the ZJP2 team with her creativity. Now it’s time for her to take on a different path.

„I have felt this call more and more, through my testimony and
the way I live, to take my faith out into the world.“

Eva had sensed for some time that a change would come in her life after her studies, but did not know that this would mean giving up her position at the JP2 Center. In the staff meetings, we often thought about how the Gospel could be experienced outside the JP2 Center. Eva increasingly felt the call to not only work for the church, but also outside of its walls, and to take her faith out through her testimony and her way of life.

„As a team, we have very often thought about how we can make the gospel tangible outside the JP2 Center. I have increasingly felt this call to not only work for the Church, but also to carry my faith beyond its boundaries – not through my direct work for the Church, but above all through my testimony and the way I live.“

She is now looking forward to this new step with great hope and is looking forward to seeing what fruit her ministry will now bear.“I am now very much looking forward to this step and can say with great confidence that I am very happy to see how the new generation, the young worship leaders and musicians are now blossoming and taking on responsibility.

I dream that we as a church can find our calling even more strongly and clearly.

„I am incredibly grateful to have spent the last year working with a very motivated, committed music team made up of young people who are passionately invested in the John Paul II. Center. I was also able to experience what it means to discover and unleash the potential of young people.“

Eva remains very connected to the Center and we can continue to look forward to her charismatic spirit and her energetic and missionary spirit. She remains part of the community and also dreams big for the Center JP2.

„I dream that we as a church can find our calling even stronger and clearer to become responsible apostles through the discipleship journey of the Church. In a culture that is becoming increasingly passive, I hope that we as a Church can become a place where Jesus can be experienced through the way we treat each other and what we do, and where faith, community, visions and dreams are not just words, but a lived reality.“

To conclude, Eva would like to leave us all with the following message: “God is faithful, and with him we are never alone.Thank you all for the wonderful time and the shared experiences. I am convinced that the Lord has great plans for us in the future.“

We thank Eva from the bottom of our hearts for her tireless commitment and inspiring presence. We wish her God’s blessing and guidance on her new path and look forward to seeing how she lives and shares her faith outside the Church.
